For those less familiar with the Malay language, it means, "Duty/Tax not paid, for Malaysian Armed Forces use only". Now when you consider that this is a Muslim country and the armed forces even more so, it gives some very interesting ideas. Like General Mabuk.
I'm glad I have a couple of weeks in Penang this time, the travelling has been a little too much for me. Among the interesting things I've noted thus far is that someone has stolen the glasses off the Colonel Sanders's doll-thing outside the BJC KFC. Must take a pic next time.
