Saw this at the local university when I went there for lunch a while back. It's a little sad that:
1. The people were too lazy to rewrite the thing with the correct spelling, and decided to scribble the corrections over the words.
2. That working in a place of learning doesn't rub off somehow. Or maybe the wrong habits rub off, I dunno.
It reminds me of another sign at a store selling school uniforms, denoting a particular section as being, "Saiz kecik".
