A Thai friend told me a story of a father who was a little confused why his daughter was so eager to see a concert of Linkin' Park, not realising that the band wasn't Thai.

On another note, I've submitted an official withdrawal from candidacy from the masters programme, citing financial matters, and informed the staff that I do not plan to continue beyond my present contract.
