Today in Pictures

The morning was spent in Assumption University, where the stained glass pic was taken – there’s something about that university which makes you really feel like you’re in a totally different place, what with the consistent Roman architecture (contrasted to say, Roman pillars next to Japanese gardens and other architectural nightmares). The afternoon was the most interesting, saying hello at a violin club of some 30 people of various ages, various professions, various current abilities, and various opportunities, getting together every week just to share an interest in the music, play some chamber music – and helping each other out wherever possible. It brought certain things into a better perspective.
